سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد

يمكن إلغاء الطلب واسترجاع المبلغ إذا لم يبدأ تجهيز المنتج أو تنفيذه ولم يتم تسليمه. بعد تجهيز أو تنفيذ أو تسليم المنتج الرقمي، لا يُقبل الإرجاع لمجرد تغيير الرأي، مع احترام أي حقوق استرجاع إلزامية مقررة قانوناً.
إذا ثبت خلل من جهة المتجر بعد مراجعة الحالة والأدلة المناسبة لنوع المنتج، نوفر بديلاً صالحاً. إذا تعذر توفير البديل، يُرد المبلغ المستحق. بالنسبة للأكواد والألعاب، لا يُقبل الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بسبب اختيار العميل منطقة أو منصة أو فئة غير مناسبة، ما دام المنتج مطابقاً للطلب، مع مراعاة القانون.

Orders may be cancelled and refunded before preparation, fulfillment or delivery begins. Once a digital item has been prepared, fulfilled or delivered, a change of mind alone does not qualify for a refund, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
If a store-caused defect is verified using evidence appropriate to the product, a working replacement will be supplied. If replacement is impossible, the applicable amount will be refunded. Selecting an incorrect region, platform or denomination does not qualify for exchange or refund when the delivered product matches the order, subject to applicable law.
