يقدم One TV Store منتجات وخدمات رقمية تشمل الاشتراكات والبطاقات الرقمية والألعاب والمنتجات ذات الصلة. بإتمام الطلب يقر العميل باطلاعه على الشروط وسياسات التسليم والاسترجاع المعروضة وقت الشراء، دون الإخلال بحقوقه القانونية.
يجب إدخال الاسم والبريد ورقم واتساب بصورة صحيحة. عند الخطأ يمكن التواصل مع الدعم وتقديم الاسم ورقم الطلب للتحقق. العميل مسؤول عن اختيار المنطقة الجغرافية (Region) والمنصة والإصدار والفئة المناسبة للمنتجات الرقمية.
تظهر الأسعار والعملة حسب الدولة أو خيارات المتجر، ويكون المبلغ النهائي ظاهراً عند إتمام الطلب. وسائل الدفع هي المعروضة في صفحة الدفع، ولا يفرض المتجر حالياً رسوماً إضافية على الوسائل الحالية. عند نقص التحويل يُطلب استكمال الفرق، وعند الزيادة تُرد أو تُسجل رصيداً باتفاق العميل.
تبدأ مدة الاشتراك من التفعيل. قد تخضع بعض المنتجات لشروط استخدام خاصة تُوضح قبل الشراء أو عند التسليم، وقد تؤثر مخالفتها على ضمان التعويض بما يسمح به القانون. نفضل معالجة الخلافات بالتواصل مع الدعم أولاً. قد تتغير هذه الشروط، وتطبق النسخة المنشورة وقت الشراء على ذلك الطلب.

One TV Store sells digital products and services including subscriptions, digital gift cards, games and related items. By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge the terms and delivery/refund policies presented at checkout, without waiving mandatory consumer rights.
Customers must provide accurate names, email addresses and WhatsApp numbers. Errors can be reported with the order number and name for verification. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct region, platform, edition and denomination.
Prices and currencies vary by country or available store options; the final amount is displayed at checkout. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout, with no current additional store fees for existing methods. Underpayments must be completed; overpayments may be returned or credited by agreement.
Subscription periods start on activation. Product-specific usage conditions may apply and violations may affect replacement warranty to the extent permitted by law. Please contact support first to resolve disputes. Updated terms may be published; the version presented at purchase governs that order.
