سياسة تسليم المنتجات الرقمية

يتم تسليم المنتجات الرقمية عبر واتساب أو تلقائياً حسب نوع المنتج. المدة المعتادة من 5 إلى 15 دقيقة خلال ساعات العمل، وقد تمتد في الحالات الاستثنائية إلى ساعة. ساعات العمل والتسليم من 12:00 ظهراً حتى 6:00 صباحاً من اليوم التالي بتوقيت ليبيا.
تُوقف الطلبات والتسليمات، بما فيها التلقائية، خلال فترة الإغلاق. إذا استُقبل طلب أثناء الإغلاق لأي سبب، يبدأ التعامل معه عند استئناف العمل. يجب تقديم بيانات اتصال صحيحة؛ عند الخطأ يرجى إرسال الاسم ورقم الطلب للدعم.
Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products are delivered via WhatsApp or automated fulfillment depending on the product. Normal delivery takes 5–15 minutes during business hours, and exceptionally up to one hour. Delivery and support hours are 12:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day, Libya time.
Orders and deliveries, including automated deliveries, are paused during closing hours. Any order received while closed will be processed when operations resume. Customers should provide correct contact information and report errors with their name and order number.
